With a wealth of expertise in intellectual property and data protection, as Partner, Phil will focus on the firm’s contentious data privacy practice, further strengthening Schillings' work in this field. As a result of the ever-evolving challenges posed by social media and big technology companies, this area is one of crucial importance when it comes to protecting the right to privacy.
With a career in privacy law that spans twelve years at the firm - taking him from trainee to Senior Legal Advisor - Phil has has risen through the ranks as a result of being a truly brilliant lawyer.
Consistently applying significant skill to solve clients’ most pressing problems, Phil has worked on some of the firm’s most high-profile and complex cases, approaching them with a strategic and critical mind, and utilising Schillings’ multidisciplinary in-house experts to best address the issues at play.
