We are delighted to welcome Tim Ramsey, former Head of MENA at the Behavioural Insights Team and CEO of charity Just Like Us, as a Partner at Schillings. Tim joins Schillings’ 18 other Partners across the fields of law, investigations, communications, security and diplomacy, to offer strategic advice and solutions to clients in high stakes situations.
Previously Head of MENA at the Behavioural Insights Team, Tim joins having advised government and organisations in the UK and overseas on the application of behavioural insights to improve communications, make better decisions and change behaviour. He will be Schillings’ first Arabic-speaking Partner, supporting the firm in its increasingly global and multi-jurisdictional matters.
Prior to his role at the Behavioural Insights Team, Tim was CEO at Just Like Us, an award-winning charity which he founded in 2016. Tim raised the initial funding to pilot, and then grow, Just Like Us into a leading LGBT+ charity, and was awarded an MBE for services to education and equality in 2021.
