Amber Courtier

Amber is an experienced litigator, with key experience in commercial litigation, defamation, misuse of private information and data protection, and has acted for clients in the High Court, Court of Appeal and Supreme Court.  She regularly acts for clients in pre-and post-publication scenarios in response to both national and international press enquiries and publications. She also has experience in successfully engaging with search engines on data protection complaints and asserting the ‘right to be forgotten’.  Amber is recognised as a ‘Key Lawyer’ in the Legal 500 2023.
