Joe Mooney

Joe is a senior intelligence specialist with a focus on Central Asia.  He works on a wide range of cross-jurisdictional intelligence projects including litigation support, asset tracing, corruption exposés, and reputation protection for successful individuals and businesses. Having lived and studied in Eastern Europe for several years, Joe is fluent in Russian and has working proficiency in Ukrainian and Polish.
