Simon Brown

Simon Brown is an experienced litigator with broad experience in the High Court and Court of Appeal in cases concerning defamation, privacy and data protection law.  He assists our clients with pre and post-publication media issues – involving mainstream and online publishers – and also advises clients on how to counter reputational threats posed by digital and social media.  In addition to providing legal support and developing pre-emptive reputation strategies for clients, Simon has experience in dealing with the legal and human effects of smear campaigns.
