Joelle Rich

Joelle Rich is a reputation and privacy lawyer and experienced global crisis manager. She leads Schillings’ Privacy by Design consultation process, to help our clients limit their exposure using pro-active, intelligence-led measures.

Joelle also protects our clients during public crises that threaten unwarranted intrusion and media attention. These include complex smear campaigns using online platforms and AI, and blackmail and extortion attempts on clients and their families. She supports talent and other clients in the public eye, especially those connected with the US West Coast, where she has extensive experience devising bespoke reputation strategies to navigate high stakes situations.
